Name a Roach
Seal it with a hiss! This is an annual campaign by the Bronx Zoo that lets you name one of their Madagascar hissing cockroaches after your loved ones, or an ex if you so desire!
I had the pleasure of designing the 2017, 2018, and 2019 assets for this wonderfully absurd event while I was a full-time designer for WCS, for which our team won WCS’ Hot Shot of the Month award for our successful work in 2017.
For 2018, we decided on a humorous, bold approach with colorful floral photo compositions while using the Bronx Zoo branded type with a hint of a romantic handwritten script. Pretty much all the things to help you fall in love with some roaches!
